It's Up to You

You will or you won't,

you can or you can't,

you do or you don't,

you have or you haven't,

you smile or you pout ,

- it's up to you.

The only thing you control is you right now.

Each now matters.

Each choice results in circumstances.

Antidote

I made a list of poisons that are sucking the life out of me.
Then I thought of a cure for each one. I was amazed at how simple
healing will be!

POISON
Cigarettes
White Sugar & Flour
Meat & Dairy
Television

CURE
Exercise
Grains, Legumes & Roots
Fruits, Vegetables, Seeds & Berries
Creative Activity

TaDa!

We'll also call this the "How to have a Happy New Year" list, or the

"How to achieve Peace, Comfort & Joy" list

Love vs True Love

Love is a fear that you will not be alright without another person.

True Love is the peace you have in knowing that you will always hold this person dear in your heart, no matter what happens.

Ask Once

(I copied this from a website I found: https://gifted.s3.amazonaws.com/7secrets.pdf)

In Mike Dooley’s book, “Notes from The Universe”, one of the notes says:

Here’s a little workshop
On how to manifest absolutely anything. . .
1. “Ask” once.
2. Give thanks often.
End of workshop.

The Babble:

To be outstanding, use outstanding creative thought;

Constant, disciplined, enjoyable action

Towards challenging, realistic goals that are in line with your

True desires and filled with goodness and compassion for others.

Practice only fair business trade with a kind and gentle manner;

Associate with like-minded individuals to learn from them and teach them

Using calm, enlightening and entertaining conversation;

And celebrate every victory together.

5 Easy Steps:

o Imagine
o Decide
o Desire
o Act
o Persist
