What If the Hokey Pokey Really is What It’s All About?
It can be, if you know what your “IT” is.
What is the # 1 goal you want to accomplish? Imagine IT's in the middle of your circle and sing & dance around IT so you can make IT happen.
(cue music)
You put your right foot in Go ahead, envision what you want.
You put your right foot out Assess the facts. Is it a good goal? Is it physically possible? Will it bring you peace, comfort and joy?
You put your right foot in Dip your foot in it, experience a little of it. Test the waters. Feel it out.
And you shake it all about! Study and learn everything about it. Put it first all all your to-do lists.
You do the Hokey Pokey Pretend you have it already. Imagine what it feels like to have it. Write it down and draw pictures.
And you turn yourself around Take action, do the work, and overcome the obstacles one at a time.
That’s what it’s all about!
Repeat with the left foot, then each arm, as often as necessary to accomplish your goal. Keep signing and dancing.
You put your head in Be humble. Bow to the forces that give you life. Ebb and flow with changes and seasons.
You put your head out Lift your face to the sky and be thankful for everything you can think of.
You put your head in Trust that you are a fabulous creation of energy and will.
And you shake it all about Disregard feelings of envy, anger, worry, doubt and fear. Believe in goodness.
You do the Hokey Pokey Spread cheer and associate with people who are of same mind and heart.
And you turn yourself around Celebrate life together.
That’s what it’s all about!

Antidote
I made a list of poisons that are sucking the life out of me.
Then I thought of a cure for each one. I was amazed at how simple
healing will be!
POISON
Cigarettes
White Sugar & Flour
Meat & Dairy
Television
CURE
Exercise
Grains, Legumes & Roots
Fruits, Vegetables, Seeds & Berries
Creative Activity

We'll also call this the "How to have a Happy New Year" list, or the
"How to achieve Peace, Comfort & Joy" list

Love vs True Love
Love is a fear that you will not be alright without another person.
True Love is the peace you have in knowing that you will always hold this person dear in your heart, no matter what happens.

Heros at Hand (dated May, 2009)
(this is an old blog from ChereLarge.wordpress.com)
Heros at Hand
Just when we need it most someone will come into our lives, or we will learn something about someone, or a person will do something for us. Real heroes won’t come dashing in with a bright red cape and tights, so we have to pay close attention to the “normal” people we encounter daily. Each of them is a hero to somebody; it’s up to us to seek our own heroism in them. When we find a hero, we must tell them. Most heroes won’t expect a ticker-tape parade, and some won’t even want one. A simple “I Love You” or a gentle ...
